VIP Management Consultants mission is to provide comprehensive, aggressive, and quality representation aimed to help young athletes navigate this age of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).
The four areas of client focus for VIP are Representation, Consultation, Promotion, and Training and Development.
In total, the VIP Team boasts a boatload of experience: More than 30 years of NFLPA and Legal Experience, 14 years of Professional Football Experience including an NFL Pensioner, and 30+ years of Business/Strategy/Negotiating experience.
NIL has yet to be approved for amateur athletes in Michigan and many states. However, the rapidly changing landscape that allows college athletes to be compensated via both Revenue Share (Roster Value) and NIL (endorsement value), requires a dedication and focus on high school athletes now to put them in a position for success at the next level. Team VIP are uniquely positioned to do just that.
There has been a "shift left football economics". Professional football is still professional football. College football, at the power 4 level ...is essentially professional football with the new Revenue Share/Roster Value valuations and considerations. High School Football is now "prefatory" to professional football (College / Power 4) for the highest rated HS players.

So far, VIP have represented the likes of Mark Ingram II, Flint native and Heisman Trophy Winner Alabama/Baltimore Ravens, Nick McCrary from Muskegon Reeths-Puffer, and former U of M standouts Jourdan Lewis and Donovan Edwards, plus several more.
VIP are well positioned to service the state of Michigan, and the entire US with offices in Detroit, Lansing, Muskegon ...and third party representatives in Florida and Colorado.
